Our stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious! The exclusive amenities, like the private pool, gym, and room facilities were truly impressive. The service was outstanding, with staff members fulfilling our every need promptly and professionally. The location was perfect, nestled in beautifully architectured landscape surrounded by natural beauty.

The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection, which had some occasional interruptions. Nonetheless, there were plenty of other enjoyable experiences to keep us entertained.

We really enjoyed the room. The location was next to everything we wanted to do.

In front of the airport, 12 miles. I got free upgrade and loved it. Interesting place for a city trip in Suzhou! Would recommend the property to family.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the city skyline illuminated at night. The room was modern and stylish, with a lovely bathroom and an impressive breakfast that offered diverse choices of Western and Asian cuisine. , the hotel is conveniently located close to popular tourist destinations and public transportation.

The hotel's WiFi connection was not of good quality, and we struggled to stream movies and videos. The gym and pool facilities were available, but they were quite small and crowded.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hotel. The breakfast had a great variety of Western and Asian dishes, and the chef was very attentive. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful scenery all around. We also enjoyed the pool and the movie channel in our room.

There were a couple of downsides. The room service was a bit slow at times, and the WiFi was not very strong in our room.
